Delivery
At Urban Knights we send all our orders out via Royal Mail recorded delivery (national) or Parcel Force worldwide Recorded Delivery (international). Once we dispatch your order we will supply you with a tracking code upon request.
Dispatch time obviously varies from country to country but you can normally be sure that if you are in the U.K and order on a working day, it should be with you within 2-3 working days. If you are within Europe, you should receive your order with 7 calendar days, although it is usually more like 4.
For anywhere outside of Europe, a delivery time of up to 14 days is to be expected, although again, this can be much shorter. You can track the progress of all your orders online, using the tracking number provided.
