All items going to UK destinations are dispatched using Royal Mail first-class recorded delivery (1-3 working days) and come with a track and trace identification number (available on request). Overseas delivery is sent via Royal Mail International signed for (10 – 12 working days depending on location).
Please note: If your item is delivered to your stated address and a card for collection is left, we will no longer be held responsible for that item. We will ignore emails complaining otherwise as the item has now become your responsibility for collection thereafter, either by arranging re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your depot. (This applies to all items sent by recorded delivery, any queries please contact Royal Mail on 084577 407 40).

If  your item has not been delivered after 7 working days (UK, 14 days non-UK),  contact us at the email address below and we will provide you with a track and trace number, through which you can trace the status of your order, and call Royal Mail to find out it’s location. We are no longer responsible for your item after it has been posted.

FINALLY, postage is only free for mainland UK customers. Any customers who are not within the mainland UK (this includes Northern Ireland) are subject to the relevant postal charge which will be calculated whilst your order is being processed.
