At Urban Knights we always aim to have the best prices on ebay. However, if you see anybody on ebay (the U.K version) selling anything we sell for cheaper, we promise to beat that price!

We have conditions though... the cheaper item must be for sale as a 'buy it now', that is to say, some people may list an item on auction for 99p... we can't match that otherwise we wouldn't be in business. Similarly, even if that item eventually sold, say at a value of £2.48, we're not going to match that either. People who list items as auctions are taking a risk, the item may sell at a higher price than they expected, but it could also sell for less. This is not a structured form of selling and does not work when you are trying to provide a structured shop offering continued good prices. So, we do not match auction prices. We match 'buy it now' prices INCLUDING POSTAGE as we do not charge postage to U.K customers and therefore have to take that into account.
Secondly, we only match the 'buy it now' prices of U.K-based sellers. In the current global economic climate, currencies fluctuate all the time. As we are based in the U.K our prices reflect our local costs. So if you find a seller selling something cheaper as it is in dollars, for example, we are not going to match that. You can obviously purchase from them, but you will have to wait for it, and you won't receive the famed Urban Knights quality-service and discretion, this we can garauntee!

Now the details of how to use our price matching system. If, by some miracle you have managed to find someone selling one of our products cheaper than us, simply buy that same item from us (at the price we have it listed), copy the item number of the cheaper item you found, paste it into the paypal comment box when you are paying for our item, then once we have checked out the cheaper item for it's validity, we will refund you the difference, plus a little more, so that you have then got that product for the cheapest price on ebay! You MUST follow these exact steps otherwise the discount will not be given. It will also not be given in retrospect either, so you can not email us after you have purchased the item with the cheaper item's number, it MUST be done at time of purchase. You can't get fairer than that.

Note: we are offering this price-matching service as we want to maintain our position as the best sellers of male prolonging and enhancing products on ebay. However, we are doing this of our own accord and we reserve the right to refuse to price-match if we so wish. Sorry, but for legal reasons we have to say it!
