• When can I expect my order to arrive?

  Typical UK delivery times are between 2-5 WORKING days, although it is often faster. We dispatch items as quickly as possible and orders before midnight are usually shipped the next day. Overseas times vary: please refer to the 'Delivery' page in our 'Help' section for full details.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes we do. But the buyer is responsible for knowing their countries import laws i.e whether you are allowed to import what you are buying into your country, and whether there will be any taxes to pay, as we are not liable for any extra duty that your customs may levy.

• How do I return an item?

  First of all, please contact us (you can find our contact information on the 'Contact us' page in the 'Help section). Once you have contacted us with details of why you wish to return your item, we will help you organize the return from then on. Please remember when contacting us initially, to give us your order number and if possible order date, as we will need to look it up on our system. • Will my items be shipped discretely?

  Yes, of course. We are very sensitive to our customers privacy, and all orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. For further details of how your package will look, please visit the 'Deliver & Tracking' page in our 'Help' section.

• Do you accept Debit Cards?

  At the moment unfortunately not. But there is plans in place to start accepting Debit Cards by the end of November.

• Can I order over the telephone?

  Sure! Just give us a ring on 0845 834 0231 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

• Do you give my card details to anyone else?

  Absolutely not! All card transactions are processed over an encrypted connection, so at no point do we even see your card details...let alone give them to anyone else. So you can always feel 100% safe shopping with Urban Knights.
