Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product that was damaged in transit, then once we have received the returned items you will be issued a full refund. If you are returning products for any other reason than damage, then it is likely that we will issue a refund, minus any postage costs we have incurred.
When returning items to us, you must send them via Recorded delivery, so we can track the status of the return. It is in your interest to do this, because if you don’t and the item is lost in transit, we will not issue a refund and you will not be able to claim against your postal service.
